Pathways is the first part of our orientation process which helps candidates get to know our organisation and take further steps in their missions journey. Many people who do this online program may not have decided whether they are going to the mission field, or to join Pioneers.

This program is intended to help people to explore, seek the Lord's heart and take the next steps in their missions journey. We hope that by the time you finish Pathways, you will have more clarity in your call and more information to make decisions. Many people then continue with our Candidate Orientation Program (COP), which is focused on equipping you for cross cultural work among the unreached.

"I found it amazing how God is walking me step by step in doing this. First with support raising and now with partnership with my home church. This training has been a blessing to me at the right time I need. The timing is amazing. “
